Introducing award winning Krank at Allan Brewster

Now there’s a new way to get fit at Papatoetoe’s Community Gym at Allan Brewster Recreation Centre. Award winning Krank is designed to deliver an upper body focused strength and toning workout for all fitness levels and abilities.

Krank Cycle is an electrifying overall cardio and toning workout. It uses the Krank machine to focus on upper body and spin cycle to work the lower body. Krank Core is an upper body workout fused with dynamic core strengthening exercises.

Classes start 13 February. Minimum age 16 years old. Krank is $8 per person ($5 Community Gym members) for 45 minutes. See our group fitness timetable.
